Max Reps Sandbag Squats (bodyweight), then
100 ft XPO Trainer push
When we say max reps, we mean until you can't. Not "I'll do 10 then stop." Make it count!
If you don't have a sandbag, sub for either barbell or double KB front squats. Happy Grizzly-ing!
